Your VA isn’t the problem.
Your system is.
You hired help to get hours back. Instead you explain, check and redo, and the work lands on your desk again. In five minutes, see which tasks can leave for good, and what is missing to hand them over.
Free. 5 to 7 minutes. Your result on screen, no email needed.
17.5 hours a week
Tick what happened to you this week.
Nobody sees this but you.
Tick the ones that are true. Be honest; it only works if it is your real week.
Find out which tasks cause itHelp without a handover is just a second inbox.
Every tick above traces back to one of three things that were never written down.
- 01
No decision
Nobody decided which tasks are yours to keep. So everything defaults to you.
- 02
No instructions
The steps live in your head. So every question comes back to you.
- 03
No finish line
“Done” was never defined. So you check everything twice.
A better assistant fixes none of these. A written handover fixes all three, and it stays when people change.
From your week to a handover, in three steps.

- 01
Delegation matrix
Every task from your diagnostic, one decision each, with the hours behind it.
Fixes: everything feels urgent, so everything stays with you. - 02
Task instructions
Step by step for each task you hand over: what starts it, and when it counts as done.
Fixes: three rounds of corrections, then you do it yourself. - 03
Job description
The role written as results, each with a measure, plus what is not this person’s call.
Fixes: hiring for a list of chores, then managing every one. - 04
Trial task
A short paid assignment from your real work, with the criteria to score it.
Fixes: hiring on how well someone interviews. - 05
30-day plan
Week by week: what you hand over, what you check, and what moves next.
Fixes: the handover that stalls in week two. - 06
Quality standard and escalation rules
For every task you hand over: what good looks like, and when to come to you.
Fixes: checking everything twice, and being interrupted for everything else.
Also inside: the access checklist, onboarding plan, communication rules and metrics. Every page stays editable.
Not a template. One line of your diagnostic shows up in five places.
The handover you keep meaning to write, written for you.
| Option | What happens |
|---|---|
| Write it yourself | Free, from a blank page, in the evenings. Which is why it has not happened yet. |
| Download SOP templates | Quick and cheap, but they do not know your tasks, your hours or your tools. You still fill in every line. |
| Hire an operations consultant | Tailored, billed by the hour, and you still explain everything to them first. |
| Hire a better assistant | A new person, the same missing handover. The questions start again in week one. |
| The Playbook | $149 once. Written from your own answers, opens right after payment, yours to edit and reuse with every hire. |
Start with the free diagnostic, so your Playbook is built from your own week. You decide after you see your result.
Who it is for, and who it is not for.
For you if
- You already pay for help and still end up redoing the work.
- You are about to hire your first assistant and want the handover written first.
- Your week has work that repeats: client email, reports, invoices, production.
- You will spend the first week correcting the task list and recording a few walkthroughs.
Not for you if
- You want someone to do the delegating for you. The Playbook writes the system; it does not run it.
- You are looking for an assistant. We do not supply or place people.
- Your work is mostly one-off, with little that comes back each week.
- An operations lead already writes and maintains your processes.
We are new, so we let you check instead of trust.
No quotes you cannot verify. The diagnostic is free, the complete sample Playbook is open to read with nothing blurred, and the refund does not ask why. Questions before you start? Ask us directly.
Before you start.
What do I get from the free diagnostic?
Your week drawn out, one decision for every task (keep, delegate, automate or drop) and the hours that could leave your plate, counted. It is on screen when you finish. Leaving an email address is optional.
Is the Playbook a template with my name on it?
No. It is written from your own diagnostic answers: your tasks, your hours, your decision per task. You can read a complete one before you pay, every section, nothing blurred.
I don’t have a VA yet. Is this still for me?
Yes, and it is the cheapest moment to do it. You hire against a written role and a scored trial task instead of a gut feeling. Some tasks will turn out better automated or dropped, and the diagnostic tells you which before you pay anyone.
How fast do I get it?
Right after payment. It opens in your own workspace, already filled in from your diagnostic, and every page stays editable.
Isn’t training someone slower than doing it myself?
For one instance, yes. For a task that comes back every week, no. You write the instructions once; the hour comes back every week after, and it stays when the person changes.
What if it doesn’t fit my business?
Email us within 14 days for a full refund, whether or not you opened it. One payment of $149, no subscription.
